Business owners Hunter and Josh both developed a profound passion for Horticulture and Landscape Construction while attending Williamson College of the Trades. A passion that drove them to combine their efforts to create their business together. At Bluestone our goal is to use our industry passion and unique business structure to offer our clients the finest product with the most astounding service on the market.

Josh Johnson

Owner
Josh enjoys a variety of hobbies ranging from outdoor rock climbing, hiking, hunting and lifting. Grew up In Lehighton PA. Loves spending time with his niece and nephews. Developed a passion for Horticulture and Landscape Construction in High school while working in the industry and pursued it in college at Williamson. Currently lives in Media PA.
Hunter Thornton

OWNER
Hunter grew up in Upper Chichester, PA. He is a 2020 graduate of Williamson College of the Trades where he earned a degree in horticulture landscape design and turf management, a passion he developed in high school. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting, fishing, hiking, and running with his dog, Scout. Currently resides in Media, PA with his wife, Maura.
Jake Maiale

Landscape Technician
Jake currently attends Penn State University. Enjoys physical pursuits like working out and getting his hands dirty on the job, and outdoor activities like hiking and sports in his free time.
Zach Majette

Landscape Technician
Zac currently attends Penn State University Brandywine Campus where he is a member of the men’s soccer team. Outside of school, sports, and work, he enjoys other activities such as golf, traveling and weightlifting.
